Great value for money and good quality

I’ve been taking these for approx 1 month now and my daily bloating is much less and most days is actually gone. I notice the difference on days where I’ve forgot to take them and have been really uncomfortable and bloated as a result. Really impressed with how much these help!My only negative feedback is that from reading online, dieticians recommend you need between 5-15g of glutamine a day for it to have an effect, so following the packet instructions of taking 4 x2 a day would give you about 6g, so I’ve been taking 6 instead of 4. This is a lot of pills to swallow but it’s easy enough to empty them into a small glass of water and use as powder instead!Will be re purchasing but ideally a powder version

Havent tried this brand before but decided to try it as it has a higher dose of 850mg rather than the normal 500mg. Not been taking long enough yet to know if this is any better than the usual one Ive used but none of my symptoms have returned so so far so good! L-Glutamine has been really good for the acid reflux I was diagnosed with - the main symptom for me was that my mouth was constantly sore and nothing seemed to help but since taking this supplement it has very gradually eased. The other thing that its helped is the constant 'frog' in the back of my throat, which apparently, is another symptom of acid reflux! All I know is that it all returns if I stop taking this!

Not just for muscle recovery but also any damaged tissue. It seemed to help me get better faster when I got a gastric flu followed by a throat and chest flu. Will reorder very happily.

I have been taking just one capsule twice a day with meals and have found that my throat and stomach has remarkably improved. I no longer have to take Gaviscon advanced, I find it much better to swallow foods and that constant feeling of blockage in my throat has gone.
